Job DescriptionSolutions Architect – Solution Architecture, Financial Services, Data, Cloudera, Apache NiFi - London/Hybrid - Outside IR35My client, a privately owned Investment Manager are on the search for an experienced Solutions Architect to join their team on an initial 9-month basis.This is a business-critical hire, and the successful candidate will be tasked with establishing architecture from scratch, enterprise wide, to enable the implementation of a new vendor system.As Solutions Architect you will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders to gather requirements, evaluate existing systems and infrastructure, and redesign solutions to be implemented across the business.Candidates must have:Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect within the financial services industry (preferably buy-side)Experience and an understanding of data (pipelines, transformation, etc)Datalake experience, ideally with Cloudera or similarScheduling experience (Apache NiFi, Airflow etc)Expert experience designing and streamlining services.This is an excellent opportunity to establish architectural solutions as part of an enterprise-wide consolidation of systems, contributing to the organisations growth.*Suitable applicants will be contacted within 48 hours.
