Purpose of Role
We are currently looking for a OSS Solution Architect to work in the UK on a permanent basis
We are looking for someone who can interact effectively with Customers, business stakeholders and product owners to understand solutions and challenges in the complete Telecom OSS area and effectively discuss about possible solutions or options of vendor technology selection
The OSS solution Designer/Architect who should also be able to define the high- and low-level solution architecture and impacts on various capabilities covering complete OSS.
Other duties include:
Briefing internal teams on the solution approach and manage the solution building process with various teams in Wipro
Collecting inputs from various teams and create complete solution description
Should possess lead qualities and must have experience in leading team of consultants / designers to achieve stated project / program goals
Defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in areas of Telecom service assurance process.
Preparing, analysing and reviewing proposals from internal teams, be able to provide appropriate solutions to problems, and make day-to-day decisions to run the client projects
Engaging with multiple stakeholders like Business, SI partners and System owners to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements
Analyzing the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
What we’re looking for
Experience in OSS Consolidation architectures for both Fixed Network and mobile network in both B2B and B2C platforms
Experience in Technology assessments and justification of technology evaluation frameworks
Experience in designing and architecting in the fulfilment. Assurance, inventory, orchestration and networking areas
Demonstrate knowledge around the industry standards and should be able to perform technology assessments.
Knowledge in Security, Privacy for Fixed and Mobile Networks
Should have experience in defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in areas of Telecom service assurance process
Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the discovery phase output
Cloud and preferably GCP will be an added advantage.
