These are typically not-to-be-missed annual events where buyers and sellers build relationships, see and show products and do business.We also provide year-round online platforms where companies showcase their businesses and products and buyers conduct research, generating valuable leads, and we provide data and digital content that supports the flow of knowledge and transactions in markets.Job DescriptionAs a solution architect at Informa, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a new HCM system across the organisation. The HCM system is SAP SuccessFactors and will integrate with other systems such as Office 365, ServiceNow, ADP payroll, and learning management. You will work closely with the enterprise architecture team, the enterprise technology team, the divisional business partners, and the external vendors to ensure that the HCM system meets the current and future needs of Informa's workforce.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and document the solution architecture for the HCM system, covering the functional, technical, data, integration, security, and performance aspects.Ensure that the solution architecture aligns with the enterprise architecture standards, principles, and roadmaps, as well as the enterprise technology strategy and vision.Collaborate with the enterprise technology team, the divisional business partners, and the external vendors to understand the business requirements, the existing systems, and the gaps and opportunities for improvement.Provide guidance and direction to the project teams on the best practices, design decisions, and solution options for the HCM system.Review and approve the detailed design, configuration, testing, and deployment of the HCM system and its components.Identify and manage the risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions related to the HCM system and its architecture.Support the change management, training, and communication activities related to the HCM system and its adoption.Monitor and evaluate the performance, availability, and quality of the HCM system and its components, and recommend enhancements and optimisations as needed.Keep abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the HCM domain and assess their applicability and value for Informa.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the HCM system and the enterprise technology team.QualificationsExperience in designing and implementing complex and large-scale HCM systems, preferably in a multinational and multi-divisional context.Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactorsA solid understanding of the HCM business processes, data models, and best practices, as well as the relevant industry standards and regulations.A strong knowledge of the integration technologies and methods for connecting SAP SuccessFactors with other systems, such as Office 365, ServiceNow, ADP payroll, and learning management.A proven track record of delivering high-quality and scalable SuccessFactors solutions that meet the business needs and expectations of the stakeholders.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance trade-offs and manage conflicting priorities.Additional InformationWhy work for Informa?Employee experience is very important to us at Informa.
