Your visionary approach will shape the future of technology both within our organization and across the industry.Innovate and Collaborate: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to craft and deliver cutting-edge solutions that exceed client expectations. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business growth.Client Centricity: Dive deep into understanding our client's needs and aspirations. You will leverage your expertise to align technology solutions with their strategic objectives, ensuring every engagement is tailored to deliver maximum value. This position will be focusing on 50% billable on client work, spending 50% on presales engagements and innovation, following new trends, building out new propositions, blogging and more.Technical Leadership: Lead by example in staying ahead of the curve. You will constantly evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into your arsenal to maintain your competitive edge. Your technical prowess will guide our projects to success, inspiring excellence at every turn.We are looking for passionate and driven individuals with:Technical Expertise at the ForefrontProven track record as a software development Azure Solution Architect in Microsoft Digital and Application Innovation.Extensive hands-on experience with Azure application development tools and technologies, including Kubernetes, GitHub, Visual Studio, Azure Functions, and more.Strong background in application development, with proficiency in areas such as API, UI, and storage solutions.High-level understanding of the Azure infrastructure and familiarity with CI/CD tools and testing frameworks.Soft Skills that Set You ApartOutstanding presentation and communication skills, with a knack for leading client presentations and workshops.Commercial Agile software development experience, coupled with exposure to user-cantered software development.Experience in costing solutions and managing project deliverables, showcasing your ability to balance technical excellence with business needs.Flexibility to thrive in diverse organizational environments, from small to large enterprises.Preferably Microsoft certified, demonstrating your commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.Insight into Ascent At Ascent, we're all about connecting data, software, and purpose to achieve remarkable outcomes.
