Story Behind the Need
• Business group: Enterprise Core Banking Technology• We are Enterprise Core Technology focused on Proudly supporting US Deposits• We work closely with our Business Partners, Developers, Vendors and various partners within the Bank to ensure we deliver successful projects which align with the overall business strategies and roadmaps ensuring the highest quality experience for the customer.• The group is a mix of business analysts, developers, and technical leads who provide value by delivering projects that meet the needs of our Business line. We develop Roadmaps, ensure end-to-end project delivery, write technical stories, develop code, manage stakeholders and connect related teams.• Project: requires many touchpoints and integration points for US Deposits. It requires further analysis, solution, and data solutions to align with the strategic vision in IT to implement a US Core product that will be the base of the US Cash Management workstream.

• The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a highly visible project, opening up doors of opportunities within the organization.• Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of business and technology related solutions for our US Deposit partners. Works with the architects, other developers and business leads to provide solutions that meet the business needs and moves the business along their Roadmap goals.
Typical Day in Role:
• Provide thought leadership, subject matter expertise to business and technology leaders.• Lead and support the end-to-end architecture solutions for US Deposit Strategy• Responsible for the development and/or maintenance of target state architecture and application roadmap for Wealth business sub-domains.• Design architectural solutions, and roadmaps that are aligned to business and technology strategy, enterprise standards and best practices.• Develop and maintain technology target state and roadmap for application portfolios in collaboration with Business Leads, Chief Architect, and Application Portfolio Owners.• Collaborate with multiple teams Bank-wide on architecture design and follow Bank’s Architecture Review Board governance processes.• Present solution design in a way that establishes trust relationships, persuades stakeholders and achieves understanding and consensus at all levels.• Maintain a sharp focus on system security and reliability while developing architecture designs for products and services.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 10+ years of IT experience (SPECIFIC JOB TITLES TO SEE) with clear progression through various roles leading with at least 3 years of experience providing hands-on architectural design for software applications with a proven track record of building a product and taking it to market. (They should be able to technically guide the manager through the outcomes, mention examples)• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end solutions involving multiple technology platforms and developing solutions leveraging established architecture/design frameworks, and Data migration.• 3 + years of experience in designing/developing cloud solutions in GCP, Azure, AWS platforms.• 2+ Experience in Agile, DevOps, and iterative software development.• Proven leadership skills in driving in leading Proof of Concept / Proof of Technology initiatives as part of solution architecture development in complex programs. (manager will check this during the interview)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Practical experience in addressing data management challenges as part of architecture solution development.• Hands-on experience in Microservices design, Event-driven architecture, ETL and data solutions, and System resiliency engineering.

• Solution oriented• Leadership skills to impact and influence business and technology stakeholders.• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with business partners, project stakeholders, strategic technology partners, and external vendors.• Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and achieve broader organizational goals.• Must be flexible and ready to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Education & Certificates:
• Bachelor (equivalent or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline.
Best VS. Average Candidate:
• The ideal candidate will have experience in designing/developing cloud solutions in GCP, Azure, and AWS platforms. Also, the ideal candidate will have all the soft skills and communicates properly across the organization and within the team.

• 1st round – Panel Interview with the Hiring manager, FT Architect, reporting manager, and another tech lead – Video call Ms teams 45 mins – Talk about work experience and get to know, the manager will ask questions to assess how the candidate thinks.
