My client, a successful estate planning team of Legal experts are looking for a
Probate Solicitor
to join an expanding team.
We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of probate casework experience but must also be a qualified solicitor.
Probate Solicitor Key Responsibilities:
and maintain client relationships.
and approve estate accounts.
collate and summarise any supporting legal and financial documentation.
research where necessary on relevant laws, regulations and legal articles to ensure the accuracy of advice and the procedure.
an independent case load.
work collaboratively as part of a team assisting and mentorship of paralegals.
with solicitors, courts, LR, OPG and other 3rd party companies as appropriate to each case.
with routine and difficult enquiries effectively and efficiently and ensure that any client complaints are dealt with both professionally and promptly.
Probate Solicitor Key Skills:
SRA qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate
Probate Fee Earner with at least 2 years PQE in probate and estate administration, should be confident in handling all aspects of associated transactions.
Minimum of 4 years of running a probate caseload.
