Job Title: Solicitor (NQ+)

Location: Inverness, Highland, United Kingdom

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Solicitor with a passion for Private Client work to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Private Client services and a deep commitment to understanding and addressing the unique needs of each client with bespoke advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice on Wills and Powers of Attorney.
• Manage Executry administration efficiently and compassionately.
• Offer guidance on Inheritance Tax planning to optimize clients’ financial interests.
• Contribute to the training and development of Trainee Solicitors within our team.
• Support clients in matters concerning Adults with Incapacity when required.

Requirements:

• Qualification as a Solicitor (NQ or above).
• Experience in Private Client work.
• Exceptional empathy and understanding in client interactions.
• Strong communication and advisory skills.
