Are you an experienced Solicitor within Conveyancing or Probate, Wills and Power of Attorney?

Are you looking for your next opportunity and wanting part time hours?

Our client is a well-established law firm based in Westerham and they are looking for 2 experienced Solicitor’s to join the company on a part time, permanent basis, working 16 hours.

Salary: £40,000 pro rata

Hours: Monday to Friday, 16 hours per week

Benefits: 28 days holiday inc BHs, pension

Areas to be covered:

Conveyancing solicitor:

* Residential conveyancing, freehold and leasehold.

* Lease extensions, first registrations, Transfers of Equity.

* Must be familiar with Land Registry Portal.

* Work closely with clients to build and maintain lasting relationships.

* Commercial awareness and proactive approach to problem solving.

Probate and Wills and Powers of Attorney:

* Must be proficient with probate portal, Applications for Grants of Representation and Letters of Administration, Renunciations, Will and Probate Challenges, Drafting Estate Accounts, Drafting IHT forms and submissions to HMRC.

* Wills including life interest trusts and tax planning.

* LPA, registering EPA, General POA.

Working hours:

Our client is open regarding how the 16 hours are worked across the week. Whether you’re looking to work 4 hours a days across 4 days, or more hours across less days, the flexibility is there to agree a working rota that suits you. The office opens at 10:00am but work can start from 9:00 if preferred. Similarly, the office closes at 4:00pm working later can also be agreed if preferred.
