Solicitor Financial Services (Payments)

ElevatFlex
is recruiting a
Solicitor/Lawyer (Financial Services Payments)
to work full-time for one of our global customers (Telecommunication Industry). The position is hybrid, three days onsite in their London Office, and requires commencing on short notice or ASAP.
Required:
Qualified solicitor with a solid academic record or equivalent expertise
Advising on
Payment Services Regulations
experience is essential, and
CCA
experience would be an advantage.
Experience with relevant financial services products and applicable regulations.
Competence in payment services legislation
(PSD, PSR)
B2C work rather than B2B.
Proactive and solution-oriented
Self-motivated and can operate with varying levels of supervision depending on the role
A strong commitment to exceeding expectations and delighting your clients
An ability to quickly understand, adapt to and operate within your client’s business culture
A working knowledge (or interest in developing!) of how processes and technologies can enhance the delivery of legal services and help accelerate solutions
The ability to connect and build relationships.
