With a range of options from flexible booking dates, finance deals, and extended warranties, Heatable is a friendly, family-orientated business, with our Head Office based in Warrington.Working with Heatable comes with a wide range of benefits, notwithstanding the opportunity of working with a leading company striving to offer local opportunities for people based around the North West and surrounding areas, Heatable offers all new employees the opportunity to grow their personal development, and for this role, we are pleased to confirm the following package -Basic Salary - £50,000 - £60,000Holidays - Starting at 21 days, plus Bank holidays growing year on year via serviceHours - Offering a flexible 5/6 day working week, with some flexibility on start and finish times, with an anticipated 38 hours per week minimumResponsibilities of theSolar Managerrole to include -To help manage and oversee our directional management and day to day office team supportAllocation and management of staff and working commitments to help secure excellent client and installer relationshipsOne to One support for all team members with direct responsibility for development and growth including training and growth planningResults and performance management across all aspects of our Solar business, to include strategic planning and performance growth managementBuilding and supporting with supply chain relationships and Manufacturers commercial agreements and relationshipsPriority Management of the performance and KPI targets across the solar teamExperience is not always required, but if you are able to confirm your knowledge within the solar industry, we will be happy to consider all applications based on past roles and responsibilities.
