Solar Electrician

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced electrician to join our client, who are a rapidly growing renewable energy installer. This is an exciting opportunity for a hard working and dedicated individual to grow with a business that are willing to invest to time and development into their staff.

As a solar electrician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing solar panel systems for residential and commercial properties. Although desireable, solar experience is NOT required as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

* Install solar panels, inverters, and batteries on rooftops and in other locations as required

* Perform routine maintenance on solar panel systems to ensure optimal performance

* Troubleshoot and repair any issues with solar panels, wiring, or other components

* Complete necessary paperwork and documentation for each installation or service call

* Keep up to date with latest industry trends and technologies in solar energy

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience as an Electrician

* 18th edition wiring regulations

* Knowledge of electrical wiring and systems

* Familiarity with solar panel installation best practices

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

* Must be willing to stay away from home on occasion
