On offer is a role within a specialist IT team of 4, supporting over 120 users in a logistics business that has gone from strength to strength since they were founded in 1979. This company are local to Carlisle and are planning an update for their IT infrastructure and software which will open doors for a software support technician to learn new technologies and skills.
The ideal Software Support Technician will have experience in a similar role and be adaptable to new environments and technologies. This role will be working directly with clients to support them on custom built logistics software to ensure the success of the wider business.
