We're on the lookout for an German-speaking candidate to join our team and play a pivotal role in one of our Adobe campaigns. This customer support position focuses on ensuring compliance with software licenses for Adobes customers . As part of this campaign, you'll be providing guidance, education, and support to customers, helping them navigate their contracts and stay compliant with their organization's requirements.
You will be required to educate and tailor each company to its own unique license requirements based in the DACH region, overall making sure they are compliant with the current T's and C's of their contract.
Contacting current customers to understand their requirements surrounding software licenses and plug areas that have been missed
Contacting customers via telephone/email to ensure they are fully complied with their licenses T’s and C’s
Planning Management, Relationship Management and Opportunity Management
Continual training and development to ensure a good degree of knowledge of the client’s general product portfolio and a high degree of knowledge of the specific technology platform

Fluent German is a MUST
Knowledge of working with a CRM
Have a understanding of compliance and licensing
The role may require occasional work outside regular hours to ensure the department's smooth functioning.
