Software Engineering Manager
£120,000 - £150,000 + Equity!
Working Model: Hybrid - Oxford
IC Resources are delighted to be partnering with a world-leading Quantum computing company in their hunt for a Software Engineering Manager. You will be building long-term roadmaps, managing a team of high-performant Software Engineers and you'll work collaboratively with other teams to develop stronger cross-team interfaces and processes.
What’s Required?
For this Software Engineering Manager, we’re interested in people from a variety of backgrounds, but your experience may include some of the following:
Experience managing a highly skilled software team
Understanding of compiler development is preferred, but not essential
Understanding of interfacing hardware API's
Effective communicator
Strong project/product road mapping
