You get the opportunity to join a growing LegalTech start-up that are disrupting the market with their AI powered SaaS product. Their mission is to streamline the Legal documentation process, increasing efficiency in smaller law firms.
Over the last 6 years they have raised funding from some strong investors and they’re working with a number of Europe’s upcoming law firms.
You will be Leading a team, consisting of varying levels of Full-stack, backend and platform engineers, as they look to hire a further couple of backend engineers. Your time will be spent working on upskilling, mentoring and technically guiding the team whilst making high-level architectural decisions.
Experience:
An expert understanding of TypeScript with a heavy backend weighting, comfortable with serverless AWS architecture.
Ideally knowledge of product and SDK integrations.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams, applying best practice in a TDD environment.
A track record of creating high performing autonomous engineering teams in high paced start-up environments.
A start-up mentality, with experience building MVPs.
