Our versatility, scale, technology, and expertise enable our teams to understand the changing media landscape and drive growth for our clients.Kantar Media is seeking a Software Development Manager, with at least 8 to 10 years of experience. Working closely with the Technical Lead Director, your responsibilities will be the following:Role Responsibilities:Owning the development team in design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of Data Integration applicationManaging all the activities of the software development team and set goals for each team member to ensure timely project delivery.Keep up to date with the latest development software.Hire and train new developers.Provide mentorship to the team and ensure they enforce to development standards.Build alliance and work with other partner pillars within Kantar for a shared goal.Direct team of 15-20 vendor teamRequiredExperience in the data processing applicationsPractical production experience in software implementationExperience working with high-level sophisticated problem definition using algorithms.Experience working in a distributed team.Background in software development or in a hands-on technical roleSpark data processingSoftware Architectural skillsDevOpsAt Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
