BSPOKE Software has been partnering with businesses who want to modernise their workflows for over ten years. Constantly pushing both the company and clients, a small team with big ideas helps to build software from the ground up. BSPOKE are now on the lookout for another person to join their growing team of developers which already includes a number of current and previous apprentices.
In this role, youll work towards your Level 3 Software Development Technician qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Baltic Apprenticeships.
A Typical Day in the Job:
Writing C#, .NET back and front end code
Working to specifications set out by project managers and stakeholders
Participating in daily standups and team management meetings
Participating in scrum elaborations, solving real-world business problems
Testing and automating code, as well as deployment
Attending onsite with clients to come face-to-face with end users
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge:
Excellent problem solving skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of C# is desirable but not essential
Passion for coding shown through personal projects
Eager to learn
A grade 4 in English and grade 6 Maths at GCSE is required for this role
Salary, Hours&Benefits:
Up to £18,000 per annum
Working Monday Friday, 9am 5pm
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
Possible flexible working between home and the office

Your Training with Baltic:
With our unique apprenticeship programme, you'll build an impressive range of coding skills and learn to thrive as a junior developer. On completion, 95% of our learners remain in full-time employment or progress onto our Level 4 Software Developer qualification.
