An innovative Newcastle-based business, known for delivering bespoke technical solutions across sectors like Healthcare, Charity, and Law, is entering a period of growth. With a strong financial foundation and a reputation for excellence, they are expanding their Software Development & Testing practice in 2024.
Day to Day of the role:
Develop innovative software solutions using a combination of technologies, primarily focusing on the Microsoft .NET stack along with iOS and Android mobile solutions.
Work independently, with the support of a knowledgeable team, to solve complex problems creatively and produce maintainable code.
Engage in the full software lifecycle, including requirements gathering, specification writing, R&D, and system modifications.
Collaborate with a diverse team of Business Analysts, Testers, and Support Engineers in a flat-structured, high-trust environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Software Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Entity framework.
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
A drive for continuous learning and knowledge sharing within a collaborative team.
Must have been living in the UK for the last 3 years and be eligible to work in the UK (sponsorship not offered).
