The Software Configuration Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring our software systems are configured for optimal performance and reliability. Their ethos is to continuously add value and sustainability to society.Responsibilities of the Software Configuration Manager:Manage and maintain software configuration processes.Oversee the implementation of new software releases.Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and optimize software solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve software configuration issues.Key Skills the Software Configuration Manager will have:Previous experience managing the implementation, configuration, upgrades, and release of systems (new and existing).Excellent knowledge/experience working with PowerApps/Power Platforms and SQLAt least 2 years' experience working with Dynamics 365 technologies.Excellent stakeholder management experienceA degree in computer Science, Business (Or other IT related degree) is beneficial.BenefitsStarting salary between £65,000 - £90,000 per annum25% bonus25 days holiday + bank holiday7% pension (Matched by company)Buy/sell up to 5 days holidays annuallyAnnual salary reviewPrivate healthcare/Medical insuranceThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Software Configuration Manager who wants to further their career progression and join a company that is very much on the rise.
