An exciting opportunity has emerged to join a multi award-winning company as a Soft Landscaper. This role, crucial within the Construction division, involves collaborating with the soft landscaping team to realise design-led horticultural visions.
The successful candidate must be dynamic, positive, and highly motivated, demonstrating collaborative teamwork and the ability to deliver consistent quality work within project specifications and deadlines. They will support the Soft Landscaping Foreman and work cooperatively with hard landscaping colleagues, designers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities include implementing site design plans, maintaining horticultural elements for sustained health, turfing and its maintenance, and tree planting alongside specialists as needed.
Requirements for the role include a recognised horticultural qualification with good plant knowledge (preferred but not essential if experience is proven), a driving license, CSCS card, competence in using appropriate power tools, and certificates in spraying (PA1 PA6). The ideal candidate should have a strong awareness of Health & Safety procedures.
