Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated and skilled Locum Social Workers to join our team and fill temporary positions in the Cardiff area. The available roles encompass both Child and Adult Services, providing an excellent opportunity for social workers with diverse skill sets to contribute to meaningful and impactful work.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting assessments and formulating care plans for individuals and families.

Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the well-being of service users.

Providing support and intervention to vulnerable children and adults.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records.

Adhering to statutory regulations and best practices in social work.

Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with current HCPC registration.

Proven experience in Child and/or Adult Services.

Strong assessment and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
