Social Worker - Learning Disability Partnership

Opus People of Behalf of Cambridgeshire County Counil have an exciting oppuruinty for a Social Worker to thier Learning Disability Partnership team.

This role will be hybrid with Minimum of 40% at the office based at Scott House, 5 George St, Huntingdon, PE29 3BA and Sunley Centre, Papworth Everard, Papworth. Must be in on a Wednesday. Other days are flexible. May need to be in more initially to learn the role in the team.

The focus of this work will be support LDP to reduce the time people are waiting on a priority list. Whilst the work will be managed according to longest wait there will be a need to be flexible to the needs of the service.

SSW in the Multidisciplinary Learning Disability Partnership, you will be required to complete Care Act assessments with appropriate care and support plans to meet assessed need. Will also need to complete MCA assessments as required.
