Newly Qualified: £31,099 - £32,909Social Worker: £34,723 - £36,298Senior Practitioner: £36,371 - £38,553

Your role will involve assisting individuals and families, promoting independence, and ensuring compliance with legal frameworks and best practices.Responsibilities:Operational Delivery:
Assist individuals and families with daily challengesConduct inquiries to protect vulnerable individualsCollaborate with professionals and agencies within the Signs of Safety modelAdvocate for service users' self-worth and rightsFacilitate Best Interest meetings and decisionsDevelop care and protection plans based on assessmentsMaintain knowledge of relevant regulations and practicesFoster relationships with other agencies and teamsContribute to training and policy developmentAttend supervision meetings with the line manager
Quality Assurance:
Ensure support services meet assessed needsEvaluate service user satisfaction and assess risksMaintain accurate records
General Responsibilities:

Person Specification:Essential:
Degree in social work or equivalentProficiency in relevant languagesRegistration with Social Care WalesEffective communication skillsAbility to assess and develop care plansUnderstanding of relevant legislationExperience in multi-agency working

Ability to work collaborativelyProficiency in remote work
