Job Description: We are seeking a qualified Social Worker to join our team in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization committed to empowering families and facilitating positive change. The successful candidate will work with children and families in various situations, including Children in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care cases. Strong multi-agency collaboration and relationship-building skills are essential, as is a genuine passion for supporting families through challenging circumstances.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with children, families, and relevant stakeholders.
* Provide direct support and intervention to children and families, ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.
* Participate in multi-agency meetings and case conferences to coordinate services and support for families.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social work role, with a proven track record of working with children and families.
* Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to childrens services.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
