Role Description

This is a contract role for a Social Worker Children and Family for various clients based in London. As a Social Worker, your day-to-day tasks will involve providing counseling and support to Childrens and families, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and connecting clients with appropriate resources.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field


• Social worker registration with governing body


• Experience working in the social work field, preferably in a similar role


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Empathy, compassion, and the ability to work with diverse populations


• Knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices


• Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and policies


• Ability to assess and evaluate client needs


• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
