• Experienced Social Worker / Senior Social Worker required to join a statutory Assessment Team (aka Duty and Assessment / Referral and Assessment / Initial Assessment / Initial Response / First Response Team)
• Hybrid working
• Office base: London Borough of Lambeth*
• You must have a social work qualification and full SWE registration as well as relevant experience to be considered

Child Assessment Team (front line work)

3+ years CAT experience

Can commute to work (no parking on-site)

Can attend the office at least twice a week

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.

*Please note this vacancy is subject to the London Agency Worker Pledge Agreement which stipulates:-

• Permanently employed Social Workers are restricted from undertaking an agency role with a London Pledge Borough for a 6-month period following departure (if leaving perm role with London Authority, they cannot move to an agency role with another London Authority for 6 months)
• 3 weeks' notice period may be required (at discretion of manager/council)
• Agency workers must have complete 2 years post AYSE (3 years PQ total), before they can be considered for agency roles within London
