Closing Date: Thursday 2nd May 2024 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Work Team Manager to lead a small and committed team within Kintyre and Islay. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Social Worker to provide professional leadership and management to the Adult Social Work Team.The post will be based in Campbeltown and will include regular travel to Islay. Campbeltown is a bustling seaside town situated on the Kintyre Peninsula on the west coast of Scotland. Kintyre offers the opportunity for excellent work-life balance with a strong sense of community and an array of sporting and cultural activities throughout the year. Outdoor pursuits are readily available and there are great cycling, running, paddle boarding and surfing opportunities on the doorstep.If you are an experienced social worker with a strong commitment to social work values and an understanding of the key role social work can play in the integrated health and social care system then we would love to hear from you.
