Role purpose
We currently have an opportunity for a Social Value Advisor within our UK Fit Out Division, based on one of our major projects based in Central London.
In addition to supporting the live construction project, the role also requires the successful candidate to assist the team with implementation of Group and Business Unit Social Value strategies.
The role involves working closely with other Social Value and Sustainability professionals, construction project teams, community partners, and the supply chain.
The candidate must have the confidence to support multiple project teams simultaneously to ensure that Social Value requirements, such as local employment, apprenticeship numbers, local spend, and community outreach are met. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a working knowledge of how to deliver Social Value in the construction industry.
Skills & Experience
Experience of delivering social value projects and meeting project targets
Themes, Outcomes, and Measures (TOMs) awareness
Experience and understanding of social value issues and opportunities in construction.
