Social Media Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a either a proven track record in managing social media platforms and campaigns, with a keen eye for creativity in graphic and video content or an outstanding sales pitch for a post graduate.
This role requires you to work both reactively and proactively and be willing to learn new things with a positive can do attitude.
The role is office based in our Normanton Office with some hybrid working possible.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain our brand presence on various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, adhering to WSG Brand Guidelines.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions, creating visually appealing graphic content (images, videos, GIFs, infographics etc) that resonates with our target audience.
Compile and curate relevant content, including articles, images, and videos, aligning with brand guidelines and corporate objectives, and engage with our audience to foster a sense of community.
Utilize social media analytics tools to track key metrics, analyses performance, and optimize content strategies, accordingly, ensuring GDPR compliance.
