The role benefits from a competitive salary, generous pension, hybrid, flexible working, 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays) - increasing to 38 days over 5 years, options to buy and sell holiday, free first/mental aid first aider courses, Blue Light and NHS online shopping discounts, cycle to work scheme, life assurance, flu jab, eye care, mental health and wellbeing tools and volunteering days.Please see the job description for more detail (this can be viewed on our website or once you click apply)About You:Experience of working on professional social media campaigns with sound knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTokand LinkedInExperience of building and running paid social media campaigns and operating in a target driven environmentExperience of community management on social media platforms and commissioning and creating platform and audience optimised contentExcellent copy writing and editing skills with strong attention to detailAbility to analyse and interpret data generated by social media management tools eg: HootsuiteAbout The Role:Coordinate St John’s presence and engage the public on all social media platforms.Monthly in-depth reporting for Communication Team, but also wider aspects of the business that require it using Hootsuite, Facebook Analytics and emerging toolsKey owner of creating daily engaging content and devising social media plans for teams across the organisation. Including maintaining a strong knowledge of social media trends and innovations, identifying any that may be of benefit or interest to St John (eg: TikTok).Support teams across the organisation with their social media presence, with a key interest in our Youth programmes.About Us:This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of over 1,700 employees and over 30,000 volunteers, united by our goal of saving lives through essential first aid services, training and campaigning.
