Canapii are recruiting for a Social Media Marketing Manager to help support a fast-growing, leading and highly respected Virtual and hybrid event solution provider. We are looking for someone who is passionate, ambitious, motivated, and confident! Role and responsibilities:The Social Media Marketing Manager is a key person in charge of executing the company’s marketing strategies across all social media and similar platforms available. We need an innovative, creative and outside-the-box thinker – someone who can identify and experiment different marketing strategies and channels. Your role is to help the team to translate the key business objectives to different marketing strategies.Skills and experience:Understand the global and local relevance of Canapii’s businesses and brand in the markets where we operateListen and reply to relevant customer/consumer comments and questionsIdentify opportunities for engagement with the social media audienceHelp shape and optimize all available resources to support social media campaignsUtilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.Monitor and support crisis or issues on social media/digital channelsProvide reports and insights on live campaigns and general brand engagement opportunities to improve response rates on social mediaCollaborate with other department managers, social media and digital teams across Shell, to ensure consistency in tone and messagingShare learnings with wider teams and help reinforce the importance of community management across the companyWork in partnership with the Social Content Strategist and Digital Spokesperson to ensure alignment across CR teamsKnowledge about using CRMs for social media marketing, content management, web analytics, landing pages and search engine optimizationYou will currently be working within a hybrid model for this position. We are looking for someone based in London/Reading, UK, and that can switch between working remotely (80% of the time) and in-office (20% of the time).Canapii offers a competitive compensation package.
