Location: London or Sussex Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm Work Model: Hybrid working Reed Marketing and Creative are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a proven track record in enhancing brand presence and engagement through social media channels. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of social media dynamics,
content creation, and a results-driven mindset focused on ROI. Day to Day of the role:
Develop and manage the social media strategy to maximise customer engagement and brand awareness.Utilise social media to grow brand/company enquiries and sales, demonstrating successful past experiences.Create visuals, write copy, plan, and schedule social media content across various platforms.Identify new platforms and channels suitable for brand expansion and engagement.Build monthly content plans and review content performance, reporting on insights and metrics.Act as the Social Media ‘guru’ for the organisation, providing guidance and support to the wider Marketing team.Oversee and support the Marketing Executive as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.Proven expertise in lead generation and a focus on ROI.Experience in both digital and traditional marketing.Strong creative writing, copywriting skills, and an eye for detail.Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
