Key Responsibilities will include:
Social media:
Community Management: Writing, posting and responding to social content.
ReAmaze: Utilise the tool Re:amaze platform to interact with consumers talking about our products (help desk).
Social media strategy, work with marketing team to set goals to increase brand awareness and increase engagement.
Social media channels: Key focus on content for Twitter, YouTube, TikTok and Instagram, Discord, Facebook.
Plan content and delivery, using tools like HubSpot, Canva and Monday to manage multiple social media channels. Develop and manage multimedia content including blog posts, competitions and campaigns - including new release and supporting catalogue lines with sell through. Be at the forefront of gaming news and announcements.
Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
Product Seeding to influencers, affiliates, and media.
Content Creation:
Collaborating with the wider marketing team to deliver on briefs, through from ideation, conception, and development.
Develop your own briefs/storyboards to ensure content is aligned with business goals before development.
Story tell across social media, research and identify new trends across social, inform the wider team of these trends.
Work with in-house creative team and content creator to execute social strategy and the required assets.
Hands on content creation- video and motion graphics (working with the wider creative and marketing teams where appropriate).
Contribute to the campaign creative process, attend weekly creative meetings to collaborate and brainstorm with creative and marketing teams to develop new ideas for implementation.
Cataloguing content ready for internal and external use, correctly naming and storing files.
Analytics and Reporting:
Social Media Research and Analysis Reporting - learn how to use reporting platforms, working with the marketing team and utilising in-house tutorials software available e.g. Shopify Academy.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and implement innovative strategies to maximise reach and impact.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and influencer marketing initiatives to expand our social media presence.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
Collaborative:
Learn overall business objectives and contribute to strategic direction.
Activity Calendar - Work with the marketing team to keep activity calendar up to date. Key marketing dates including, company announcements, product launches, events, licensor, and general market dates.
Liaising with creative team to help brief marketing assets and product photography where necessary.
Learning: Work with the marketing and creative teams to learn interdepartmental communications,
Utilise Monday Boards. Keep up to date with relevant monthly campaign topics to create content around.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure the content is visually appealing and user-friendly.
