Musthave proven social media experience to apply.Key Responsibilities will include:Social media:Community Management: Writing, posting and responding to socialcontent.ReAmaze: Utilise the tool Re:amaze platform tointeract with consumers talking about our products (help desk).Social media strategy, work with marketing team to set goals toincrease brand awareness and increase engagement.Social mediachannels: Key focus on content for Twitter, YouTube, TikTok andInstagram, Discord, Facebook.Plan content and delivery, usingtools like HubSpot, Canva and Monday to manage multiple social mediachannels. Develop and manage multimedia content including blog posts,competitions and campaigns - including new release and supportingcatalogue lines with sell through. Be at the forefront of gaming newsand announcements.Establish and maintain relationships withinfluencers, negotiate partnerships, and coordinate influencermarketing campaigns from inception to completion.ProductSeeding to influencers, affiliates, and media.Content Creation:Collaborating withthe wider marketing team to deliver on briefs, through from ideation,conception, and development.Develop your ownbriefs/storyboards to ensure content is aligned with business goalsbefore development.Story tell across social media, researchand identify new trends across social, inform the wider team of thesetrends.Work with in-house creative team and content creatorto execute social strategy and the required assets.Hands oncontent creation- video and motion graphics (working with the widercreative and marketing teams where appropriate).Contribute tothe campaign creative process, attend weekly creative meetings tocollaborate and brainstorm with creative and marketing teams todevelop new ideas for implementation.Cataloguing contentready for internal and external use, correctly naming and storingfiles.Analytics and Reporting:Social Media Research and Analysis Reporting - learnhow to use reporting platforms, working with the marketing team andutilising in-house tutorials software available e.g. Shopify Academy.Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and bestpractices, and implement innovative strategies to maximise reach andimpact.Identify opportunities for partnerships,collaborations, and influencer marketing initiatives to expand oursocial media presence.Monitor competitors and industry trendsto identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.Learnoverall business objectives and contribute to strategic direction.Activity Calendar - Work with the marketing team to keepactivity calendar up to date. Key marketing dates including, companyannouncements, product launches, events, licensor, and general marketdates.Liaising with creative team to help brief marketingassets and product photography where necessary.Learning: Workwith the marketing and creative teams to learn interdepartmentalcommunications,Utilise Monday Boards. Keep up to date withrelevant monthly campaign topics to create content around.Collaborate with other team members to ensure the content isvisually appealing and user-friendly.
