As Social Media Manager at Uppbeat, you'll spearhead the development of our social media strategy, establishing Uppbeat as a prominent and cherished brand within the creator space.This role offers an exciting opportunity to craft Uppbeat's social identity from scratch. You'll devise a comprehensive social strategy, streamline production processes, and implement robust reporting mechanisms. Your creativity will be the driving force behind our brand's evolution into an exciting, credible, and uplifting presence in the Creator community.Beyond strategic planning, this role is hands-on. We're seeking a creative genius who infuses personality and humor into their work, igniting inspiration among Creators worldwide. Crafting captivating and authentic content should be second nature to you. You'll curate a vibrant content calendar, leveraging previous engagement analytics to inform future initiatives.What you’ll doCollaborate closely with the Head of Brand to shape and execute a dynamic social media strategy across key platforms, driving audience growth and advocacy.Strategize and implement innovative tactics to expand our social reach, setting ambitious targets for growth and engagement.Partner with the marketing team to define Uppbeat's distinctive tone of voice and visual identity on social media.Lead social initiatives to complement campaigns, product launches, and influencer partnerships, maximizing brand exposure.Curate and execute an engaging content calendar aligned with strategic objectives, leveraging deep insights into our audience and competitive landscape.Ensure effective communication of key business messages and updates by liaising with stakeholders.Cultivate relationships with both established and emerging influencers, seeking out new collaboration opportunities.Utilize comprehensive analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to track and analyze the impact of social media efforts, providing actionable insights.Develop efficient systems for content preparation, scheduling, and distribution across social channels including the recommendation of workflow toolsCollaborate with our in-house creative to craft captivating, industry-leading social content, with the option to engage freelance support as needed.Stay ahead of the curve by exploring current and emerging social media technologies, design tools, and trends, offering strategic recommendations to enhance the Uppbeat brand's presence.What you’ll bringYou're a seasoned Social Media Manager or Coordinator, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in owning brand social media strategies and output. Your expertise shines through in your proven ability to cultivate engaged audiences and deliver top-tier content across multiple channels.From captivating copy to stunning visuals, you excel at conceptualizing and producing authentic social content that resonates with audiences. Impeccable attention to detail, creative flair and a bravery to innovate are key but hands-on creative ability is not necessary.Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, technologies, and best practice.You're passionate about representing our brand in the best possible light to a global audience. Proactive by nature, you have a knack for spotting opportunities and turning them into impactful initiatives.Familiarity with the content creator space & culture (e.g YouTube, Twitch, TikTok etc) is essential, experience as a Creator is highly desirableBeing comfortable in front of the camera would be desirable as we look to explore authentic content recorded and produced in-house but this is not essentialIngenuity, positivity, and a visionary mindset define your approach.
