RWinvest is seeking an office based creative and dynamic Organic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media to create engaging content, build community, and boost brand awareness. As an Organic Social Media Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and driving meaningful interactions and growth with our audience.Responsibilities
Coordinate all organic social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) using a content calendar.
Implement a strategy to increase account following, engagement including likes, comments and shares, and increase brand-awareness. Adhere to RWinvest brand guidelines at all times and ensure social channels represent the brand. Perform research on current benchmark trends, audience preferences and competitors.
Identify optimum publish time across individual platforms. Work with the PPC Manager and Content Creator to align social media goals, and collaborate with other teams throughout the business to ensure brand consistency. Source relevant social accounts to work with as influencers to market our products. Report on key metrics such as followers, likes, subscribers, comments and views, analysing insights and actioning changes to drive growth. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. Minimum 3 years Organic Social Media Manager experience.Educated to degree level Proven work experience as an Organic Social Media Manager Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) Knowledge of online marketing channels Highly organised and efficient

BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
