What You'll Be Doing
Create engaging content for various social platforms, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Manage multiple UK brand social channels.
Launch brands into the social sphere and grow engaged communities.
Plan and execute social media strategies in line with brand goals.
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure consistent and visually appealing content in line with our guidelines and tone of voice.
Stay plugged into emerging industry trends and suggest innovative strategies.
Monitor and engage with the online community.
Foster positive interactions and manage the brand's online reputation.
Seek out and manage brand influencers and relationships.
Analyze metrics to measure campaign and channel successes.
Provide regular reports on platform performance.
What You'll Need
At least 3 years working as a Social Media Manager, preferably in a direct-to consumer company or the health and wellness sphere.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Proficiency in social media tools and analytics.
Experience launching new brands on Social Media.
Proven experience growing social communities, from followers to meaningful engagement and reach.
Excellent communication skills.
Creative mindset and a passion for social media trends.
Health and well-being industry experience is beneficial.
Experience working in a scale up environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple brands simultaneously.
