Permanent Post, Client Side, Senior A brilliant science-backed and much loved beauty brand is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their London Head Office.Owning social for the brand, you will be a champion for all social channels, creating engaging native content, developing their creative approach and focusing on innovation across new and existing platforms.Responsibilities:Define and implement the social strategy for communityPlan and oversee the development and management of content calendarsPlan and present the social strategy for upcoming launches and campaignsBrief social content to the creative team and external content creatorsApprove and edit social media content including copy, imagery and videoCapture content for shoots, special projects, and eventsBuild relationships with new and established influencersProduce regular social trend reports and present your findings to stakeholdersMeasure and report on performance.Utilise social listening tools and platform insightsManage the social media budgetSupport the culture by driving Diversity & InclusionRequirements:At least 4 years’ experience building a company’s organic social media presenceExperience of managing a social team of at least 1-2 direct reportsA proven track record for developing and executing successful social media campaignsExperience in video editing, including mobile apps and TikTok platformsExceptional English copywriting skillsStrong numerical know-how for reporting and analysing statsAn interest in beauty and fashionFlexi-hoursHybrid working (1 to 2 days in the office per week)Hi I'm Rosy Hastrop, I manage this roleRecruitment Consultant - Design & Creative Get your 10 step guide to writing a great covering letter...
