At Ultraspeed Digital, we aim to provide the most technologically advanced and visually captivating experience through innovative integration of advanced flooring technology, refining the boundaries of sports entertainment.Our founding team members include a European record holder and UK record holder athlete in track and field.You will play a crucial role in our upcoming massive campaign for this innovative, pioneering product. As a key member of the marketing team, you will, in the short term, develop and implement social media strategies aimed at enhancing brand awareness, engaging our audience in the campaign, and driving traffic to our platform in collaboration with our PR and marketing team members. In the long term, you will develop overall social media strategies. This exciting opportunity involves shaping the digital presence of our brand not just for sports enthusiasts, but also for fans who prioritize performance and innovation.Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms, with a primary focus on TikTok and Instagram.
- Run Paid Campaigns: Develop and manage paid campaigns on social media to maximize reach and engagement.
- Channel Management: Oversee all social media channels, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring user engagement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including PR, marketing, engineering, product management, and TV production, to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.-
Supervise Contractors: Collaborate with and supervise other social media contractors to ensure the successful execution of social media strategies and campaigns.-
Trend Monitoring: Keep up-to-date with social media trends, conversations, and audience insights to identify opportunities for content optimization and audience engagement.-
Performance Analysis: Analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and sentiment, and provide regular reports and insights to optimize strategy and improve results.-
Audience Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to foster community engagement, including interactive content, live sessions, and user-generated content campaigns.-
Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content adheres to our brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone across all platforms.-
Innovation: Continuously explore and experiment with new social media tools, features, and techniques to stay ahead of industry trends and enhance our digital presence.Qualifications:- Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, with a focus on the sport tech industry.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation and storytelling.- Proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimizations.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a passion for innovation and creativity.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a proactive, solution-oriented, and self-starter mindset.- Deep passion for technology and sports, with a commitment to delivering an unparalleled experience for fans within the tech and sports environment.- A strong creative mindset with a proven track record of developing innovative social media campaigns that drive engagement and brand loyalty.We are looking for candidates who can ideally start immediately to support our campaign efforts.
