Role Overview
As Social Media & Influencer Manager, you will define and execute a high-performing strategy to elevate the brand and engage our followers across platforms. Acting as a ‘brand guardian’ for our social presence, you’ll work collaboratively with Creative, Buying & Operations to lead our social success.
The Day to Day
Social media strategy, setting engagement & reach KPIs for all platforms.
Propose innovative ideas for ‘scroll-stopping’ content and curate high-quality social content feeds.
Develop and execute the influencer marketing strategy, proposing collaborations to elevate the brand.
Reporting and analytics, with actionable insights.
You Should Apply If
At least 3 years’ experience in a Social Media Manager or similar role.
A keen interest in creative and fashion.
Experience of executing paid influencer collaborations.
Problem solving aptitude, with strong organisational capability and attention to detail.
Adaptable and comfortable working with changing priorities and deadlines.
A thorough understanding of the social media landscape, driving new initiatives, and keeping up to date with industry innovations.
The Interview Process
Stage 1 – Internal Recruiter call (15 mins)
Stage 2 – initial chat (30 mins) an introductory conversation with the hiring manager to learn more about yourself and your experience, and for you to find out more about the role.
Stage 3 – formal interview (60 mins) the final stage is a case study and management interview with the hiring manager.
