Job Description
Location: London, Hatton Garden
Line Manager: Global E-commerce Manager
We are looking for a talented and energetic Social Media Executive to take full ownership of the global social media strategy executing different content across the various social media channels to engage and grow the Diamonds Factory brand.
Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of demonstrating exceptional knowledge and understanding of the social media landscape - including content ideation & optimisation, building and engaging communities, social listening & reporting, planning & execution of socially-led campaigns, understanding of the latest technologies impacting key global platforms and deliver results with a drive for testing and learning.
The role will consistent of and be able to:
Own the development and optimisation of the global social media strategy - Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & LinkedIn.
Own the global social media calendar and execution of social media posts, keeping an eye on content from other entities such as newsletters to streamline all content throughout the brand.
Run all scheduling through Later.
Continuously grow our social media reach and following by hosting engagement activities such as competitions, interactive, quizzes and creating shareable content.
Create and present regular reporting to internal teams on community engagement, sentiments and social media metrics.
Own the influencer gifting, competitions and partnerships.
Assist the Graphic Designer with the website and social campaign photoshoots
Create educational content by creating relationships with our stores and workshop.
Run paid ads on Meta, Linkedin and Tiktok, presenting all analytics in monthly reports.
Responding to customer messages across all platforms.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
2-3 social media experience.
Creative flair and a passion for social media.
Strong knowledge of social media content creation softwares e.g. Figma, Adobe and Later.
Self motivated with excellent planning and organisational skills, managing calendars and campaign presentations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of paid ads.
Knowledge of reporting tools such as Google Analytics is preferred.
Previous experience working in the luxury industry is preferred.
Knowledge of diamonds and diamond jewellery is preferred but not required.
Experience with creating jewellery content is a desired but not essential.
