Social Media Executive

An exciting position has arisen for a Social Media Executive to work for a well-known Not-For-Profit based in Central LondonThe role will support the Not-For-Profit with with social media management, content creation, campaign support, community management, evaluation, and team coordinationKey responsibilities:
Develop platform-specific content, including TikTok videos, member stories, and explanatory content on the organisation’s purposeAssist in community management on social media platforms, including responding to comments, messages, and engaging with followersAssist regions, branches, and activists with social media campaign distribution, media library administration, and content creationProduce regular social media reports to assess member engagement and content performanceManage the organisation team on Canva, consisting of regional, service group, and staff comms, to ensure consistency and quality in visual assetsWork with all teams within the Communications unit and Press team to design and produce engaging social media content and assetsProvide temporary staff cover for digital roles as required
Successful candidate profile:
Proficiency in social media management and content creation, including video editing.Creative skills and initiative to generate new social contentExperience in repurposing press releases and editorial content for social mediaStrong communication skills – written and verbalExperience with Canva or similar design tools for team coordination and visual asset creation.
