Location: Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Hours: Fulltime | Permanent |�

Salary: �25,000 - �28,000 per annum DOE
Our client is looking for a Social Media Executive to manage their social media accounts on a global scale!
You will develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand objectives, including increasing followers, engagement, and website traffic. The ideal candidate will have previous working experience in a social media position.
Please note, a driving license is required to get to out clients offices.
Key Responsibilities of a Social Media Executive

• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including written posts, images, videos, and interactive elements.


• Managing and maintaining social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments.


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.


• Analyse social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize content and strategies.


• Monitor and report on social media metrics and KPIs to senior management.


• Support the Customer Service team as required.

Key Skills of a Social Media Executive

• Previous experience in a Social Media/Marketing role.


• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.


• Working knowledge of Adobe/Canva.


• Ability to create attention-grabbing social media content.


• Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and exploring innovative strategies.


• Ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.


• Excellent customer service skills.


• Creativity and a keen eye for detail.


• Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
