Head to our career page to find out more.We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to take ZOE even further.What’s the role?Join us at ZOE as a Social Media Coordinator, where your role is pivotal in taking our brand further. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team and cross-functional internal stakeholders, contributing to ZOE's mission and values. You'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product and External Creative Partners to proactively manage and expand our community outreach. You'll be someone who thrives on engaging authentically on other relevant pages, driving content integration within our ZOE app, and igniting our platform presence and using robust data to back your initiatives. A self-starter, your strategic, yet hands-on, approach will be key in nurturing and growing our digital footprint.Meet the team:The Social Team at ZOE is responsible for bringing ZOE’s nutritional expertise to the masses through sharing engaging content to our 1M+ strong social following across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedinAs both the first touch point for future customers and a place for engaging existing members, being part of the social media team at ZOE means being in a constant conversation with our community: educating them on the future of nutrition and offering practical tips to put these insights into action.The ZOE Social Media team manages the social accounts for the brand and its key spokespeople, working within the wider marketing team across brand campaigns, influencer activation, comms and podcast. As well as cross-functionally with the product, science, design and customer support teams.ZOE consistently produces new research, podcasts and articles meaning there’s always exciting science to share on social.We'll be counting on you toSchedule compelling content and actively engage with our community through comments and DMs.Spearhead proactive community management, extending outreach to relevant pages and finding creators to collaborate on content.Support product x social collaboration by ensuring seamless integration of video recipes and other content within the app.Contribute to content creation through copywriting, brainstorming, and exploring new platforms and features autonomously.Keep your finger on the pulse of new trends to execute reactive marketing and grow an active and engaged audience.Use strong creative judgement to scout and onboard new creators, fostering collaborations that align with our brand vision and business strategy.Utilise data to inform content experimentation and apply analytical thinking to consistently grow our channels.This role will be a great fit if you:Can work autonomously, driving forward projects with minimal supervision.Are a master multitasker who can effortlessly pivot between planning and execution.Show strong copywriting skills and creative judgement.Have proven experience growing social media platforms and creating viral content.Love all things health and nutrition and have knowledge of creators in this space.Are confident in communicating scientific ideas.These are the ideal skills, attributes, and experience we’re looking for in this role.
