Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a highly organised Social Media (content creator) and proactive person, able to work against tight deadlines with outstanding prioritisation skills. The right candidate will be a passionate and creative individual with social media content creation experience. With a focus on delivering premium content that engages a variety of audiences across multiple brand accounts.
Responsibilities
Create engaging and dynamic written, graphic and video content.
Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms.
Optimizes content following search engine optimization (SEO).
Creates content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites and encourages audience participation.
Assists social media team with large projects.
Works as part of a team to develop large social media campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity.
Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content.
Be knowledgeable in social media trends and integrate these into the business.
Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns.
Develop social content for growing sales & increasing awareness.
Work cohesively with in-house teams to ensure targets are met.
Skills & Experience
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok.
1 -2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on content creation.
A degree in graphic design, Art or Marketing Is preferred.
Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to capture compelling visuals that tell a story.
Confident computer skills.
Transferable creative flair.
Analytical skills.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn about new innovations and software.
Excellent time management skills.
Design experience or skills on Adobe / Corel / Photoshop desirable but not essential.
Knowledge of google analytics
Knowledge of paid advertisements desirable.
A team player, capable of independent thinking but naturally collaborative in spirit.
