Digital Content and Social Media Executive

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Maintain and Increase Online Presence:
- Create compelling and engaging content to enhance our online presence.
- Monitor engagement metrics and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Optimize Content for Different Platforms:
- Optimize content for various platforms and schedule release times for maximum impact.
- Utilize social media analytics and best practices to inform content decisions.
Collaborate on Content Strategies:
- Work closely with the Group Communications and Marketing Manager to develop social media and content strategies.
- Identify creative opportunities for new content and execute content plans effectively.
Content Creation and Management:
- Write, edit, and proofread online content, maintaining content schedules and uploading content via web content management systems.
- Develop innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to promote brand messages.
- Coordinate social media messaging across the business with key stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics to gather information and analyze data to formulate reports and statistics.
- Effectively communicate website and social media project success and achievement of KPIs.
Copywriting and Design:
- Undertake copywriting, design, and production of digital and print marketing materials, including brochures and product catalogs.
- Coordinate design, photography, and video content for online and print platforms.
Marketing and Employee Awareness Campaigns:
- Deliver marketing and employee awareness campaigns as directed by the management.
Stakeholder Liaison and Event Coordination:
- Liaise with printing companies, advertising agencies, and other organizations as directed.
- Assist in organizing corporate and divisional events.
