Your responsibilities will include the drafting and negotiation of crucial agreements such as Section 106 Agreements, Nomination Agreements, and Infrastructure Agreements on behalf of Registered Providers. Additionally, you will manage complex property acquisitions and work closely with clients on funding matters.

To excel in this position, you should have at least 7 years of experience as a Legal Director or Partner, preferably within a reputable regional, national, or City firm. A solid understanding of commercial property law, coupled with a particular focus on the social housing sector, will be highly advantageous. This role demands exceptional leadership skills as you will oversee a team and handle a diverse caseload from inception to completion. Furthermore, your ability to build and nurture relationships will be vital as you actively contribute to the firm's marketing and business development efforts.
