This is an exceptional opportunity to work for this company in a position that will assist and bolster our management teams throughout the Central Belt (Edinburgh, Perth & Kinross, Stirling & Forth Valley). By working with our different teams in the area to reach the achievement of results, this position will allow you to further develop the skill set you currently have and ensure that the individuals we serve continue to receive high-quality, individualised care. You will interact with significant stakeholders and assist in organising the region's top services strategically.
What we are looking for
High interpersonal and communication skills
A broad experience in managing and leading assisted living / care programmes.
A track record of success leading teams and a strong grasp of culture transformation.
Committed to ensuring people with learning challenges be included.
SVQ Level 4 qualification or its equivalent is required in order to register with the SSSC.
Strong grasp of forming and preserving alliances with commissioners, stakeholders, and other providers in the third sector.
a current driver's licence and access to a personal car for work-related travel.

Job Details
Full Time Permanent
£34,000 per annum plus additional expenses
