Social Care Officer

London Borough of Islington are looking for a Social Care Officer to complete Face to Face Care Act Assessments in the community, draw up Support Plans where it is identified that the resident has care and support needs, and complete initial reviews of the service provided. This is an unqualified social work position and the candidate must have 2 years plus experience of working in the field.
