Position Overview:
They are seeking a talented and motivated Social Care Account Manager to join their sales team. As a key member of their organisation, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with social care organisations across the UK, understanding their unique needs, and positioning SaaS solutions to drive value and make a positive impact in these organisations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the social care sector.
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in social care organisations.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' challenges and objectives, and present tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer success, and marketing, to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and expertise to maximize the value of their SaaS solutions for the customer
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the social care market.
Requirements:
Proven track record of success selling SaaS solutions into social care industry.
Strong understanding of the social care landscape, including challenges, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Passion for making a positive impact in the social care sector and improving the lives of individuals and communities.
Benefits:
£50k-£60k basic salary + uncapped OTE + benefits
